Giant-Healer Combo for Town Hall 6 and 7 (with picture)

In my previous post I have discussed about the GiWiArch or Giant Wizard strategy for Town Hall 5. In this post I will share a new attack strategy called Giant-Healer combo which is very effective in town hall 6 and 7.


Before starting this, let's take a quick look into the attacking strength of town hall 6 and 7. At town hall 6, you will get 150 troop capacity, a new troop called Healer, your spell capacity will be double (i.e. now you can take two spell at a time in the war), you will get a new spell called Healing spell and your Clan Castle troop  capacity will be increased to 20 troops. Apart from this, all your available troops (except Healer) can be upgraded upto level 3.

In town hall 7, your attacking strength and strategy will be increased with a massive change. Here you can get the troop capacity of 200 troops, 3 spells (with one new spell calls Rage spell) and a legendary troop called Dragons. From this town hall, the concept of Dark Elixir troop is started. Here you will get two Dark troops (troops which is trained with Dark Elixir) Minions and Hog Rider. Beside this you also get your first hero the Barbarian King (you need Dark Elixir to buy and upgrade him too). All your troops can be upgraded upto level 4 (Dragon and Healer upto level 2) In town hall 7 you will have various attacking options in your hand like Barch, GiWiArch and Mass Dragon. But in this post, I will only discuss the Giant-Healer Combo.

So let's start with the troop composition.

 In town hall 6 you can take:-

Giant:- 12-15
Healer:- 1
Wizard:- 8-10
Wall Breakers:- 3-5
Archers:- 20-40
Healing spell:- 2

For Town Hall 7, you should take:-

Giant:- 12-15
Healer:- 2-3
Wizards:- 8-15
Wall Breakers:- 3-5
Archers:- 20-40.
Healing spell:- 2-3
Rage spell:- 1(if you prefer to take).

Now let me tell you the basics of this strategy. In this strategy, the main goal is to tank with the Giants and give them support with Healers. While the Giants deal with the defensive structures, let your Wizards finish off the base. But there is one point you must consider, that is the positioning of the anti Air Defense. If opponent's Air Defense is placed outer circle of the base, let your Giants first clear up the Air Defense and then deploy your Healers. Till then, you can fill your Giant's life up with your Healing spells. If the Air Defenses are placed at the inner circle of the base, then deploy your Healers along with the Giants, because when the Air Defense will start attacking the Healers, your Giants will clear up half of the defenses. When your Healers will die, keep generating the life of your  Giants with your Rage Spells.

Though this strategy needs some practice to be perfect, it is very simple to learn. At first, if possible then check for CC troops and if any then kill them with your Archers (if you want the detailed instructions about how to kill the Clan Castle troops, just check here).

After that, Send your Giants to tank and soak up the damages. Behind them, send your Wall Breakers to make a path.

Then deploy your Healers(please be a little bit concerned about the placement of the Anti Air Defense).

After that, send your Wizards and Archers to clear up the base.

That's it. After few practices you can perfectly do the attack for farming, trophy pushing or Clan War.

Pros:-* Very effective strategy for farming, trophy pushing and Clan War.
           
Cons:- *Quite time consuming and costly.
             **If you cannot properly deploy your Healers, they will leave your Giant and heal your Wizard which is very frustrating for the attackers.
