Mass Hog Attack for TH 7 (with picture)

Town Hall 7 is a great place for trying various kind of attacks as you will have many troops and spells in your hand in this TH level. New powerfull troops means more attacking options. The freshly got troops such as Dragons and Hog Rider are really a game changer. I have already written a post on how to use Mass Dragon in Town Hall 7 and 8. Today I'm going to show you how can you get 3 Star in almost any Town Hall 7 base by using Mass Hog Rider attack.

Though Dragons are the most popular troop in TH 7 and 8, but in Town Hall 7, if the base design is too complicated, you probably cannot get a 3 star by using this strategy. So for such bases, you should have prepared another strategy for attacking TH 7.

Guys here comes the idea of another heavy attack which can easily overpower almost any TH 7 bases. Of course you need some practice to master this. But when you get excellence in this strategy, you can prove yourself a valuable asset to your clan, and believe me, this strategy is going to help you a lot in your later TH levels. So without wasting your precious time let's come to the strategy explanation.

The plan is very simple, at first lure the CC troops and kill them (for more detail about how to kill CC troops, click here). Then deploy your Hogs to take down all the defences. Hogs can also work as a very effective cleanup troops so you don't need to take huge amount of Archers or Wizards for cleaning the base.

Troop composition:-

Hog Rider:- 30
Archers    :- 10-20
Wizards   :- 8-10
In CC        :- Take a Dragon to kill defensive CC troops or take additional higher level Hog Rider for attack.

Spells:-
Healing spell:- 3

At first lure the CC troops by deploying one Archer/Hog/Wizard near the Clan Castle and kill them in a corner with your Archers/Wizards/CC Dragon(if any).

Now deploy your Hogs in a row and let them destroy the defenses.

Don't forget to heal them eventually. Here many people misuse their Healing spell and the Hogs died very quickly resulting a defeat. In my opinion, keep your Healing spells to heal your Hogs whenever they reach the Wizard tower because they deal a lot of splash damage to your Hogs. You can also use it where the many defensive structures are close to each other.

That's it, when all the defences are cleared by your Hogs, send your clean up troops to clear the base up.

Pros:- *Massive attack strategy for Town Hall 7. There is very few base design which can survive from this strategy.
           **Most effective ground attack strategy for this TH level. You can 3 star a base almost every time.

           ***Very useful for Trophy Pushing or Clan War.

Cons:- *Takes a lot of time(probably most time consuming for TH 7)
             **Costs a huge amount of Dark Elixir (as Dark Elixir farming is very hard in Town Hall 7, you cannot use it as your primary attack for all time, but it is okay to sacrifice your Dark Elixir for the sake of the prestige of your Clan).
